Its called BareMinerals Ticket to Gorgeous ("Exclusive 4-piece collection plus bag") from Bare Escentuals.
Pretty cute right? :)
the 4 pieces are:
BareMineral Mineral Veil, Prime Time Brightening Primer, Flawless Definition Mascara, and a Lipgloss.
I believe these were distributed as 500 points reward gifts (1 dollar equals 1 point) from Sephora! :) Its been officially discontinued but can be purchased elsewhere.
