After leaving the world waiting with bated breath for months, Kate Middleton has finally emerged with her baby bump front and center, and we're thrilled to see that the Duchess seems fully recovered from her bout with hyperemesis gravidarum. She's just so adorable, no? Duchess Kate always looks beautiful and charming, but we've never seen her look so downright giddy and glowing.

Now, if you're as excited for the arrival of the royal munchkin, you can show it — with Butter London's new royal-inspired polish, Pitter Patter (so named for the inevitable mum-in-law question: “Will we hear the pitter-patter of little feet soon?”), an opaque, metallic aubergine shade launched in celebrating of the royal tot-to-be. Whether Wills and Kate have a boy or a girl, we will be sporting this chic shade and counting down the days 'til we get to welcome that beautiful bundle of joy.

Because being ridiculously good looking, a cookbook author, Beyoncé's BFF, and a lifestyle mogul weren't enough for our fair Gwyneth, she's moving on to the beauty biz.

After launching a successful collaboration with British nail brand Butter London last year, Paltrow and her Goop empire have teamed up with them yet again for a new slew of Gwyneth-approved offerings. For this go round, you'll have three different polish trios to choose from — Starkers, The Stones, and Candy Coated — each comprised of three existing Butter London offerings. There's also a nail care set featuring the brand's Hardwear topcoat and "BB cream for your nails," otherwise known as Nail Foundation basecoat.

Prices range from $28 to $40, and the sets are all available now on Goop.

Butter London describes this shade as "Opaque icy mint crème". Fiver is street slang for a five pound note and the color is gorgeous! This nail polish is part of their Spring 2013 Collection.

Review

This nail varnish goes opaque in just one coat and it is beautiful! The formula lasts just a little bit longer than OPI,  It is a perfect for spring. It is a pale mint green and simply beautiful.

Disclosure: I bought this shade. You may find it at Sephora, Nordstrom, or Amazon.

When I think about Valentine's Day, I think about the clichés: a heart shaped box of chocolates, a dozen red roses from the boyfriend (or quite possibly an admirer). Oh if only most romantic comedies were true!

February 14th is the perfect day to wear an innocent shade of pink; the type of pink that envisions daydreaming and young hopeful love. But what shade of pink perfectly depicts a girly vision of romance?

These are my top two nail varnish shades for Valentine's Day:

Ciaté: Strawberry Milkshake and Butter London: Teddy Bear

Ciate: Strawberry Milkshake and Butter London: Teddy Bear (Click to Expand)

I have already reviewed Ciaté: Strawberry Milkshake if you would like to see more swatch photos and a full review. It is a creamy baby pink that is pinker and warmer than Teddy Girl.

Butter London's Teddy Girl is a a pale retro bubblegum pink that is lighter and more cool toned than Strawberry Milkshake.

Both have a crème finish, and I love both shades (Teddy Girl is actually my favorite of the two). While Strawberry Milkshake is more "fun" and girly because its warmer in comparison, I find Teddy Girl more sophisticated because of its blue undertones.

Nonlabeled Swatch (Click to Expand):

Which shade do you like best?
Which pale pink shade in general do you think its the perfect Valentine's Day Shade?

Butter London's Chancer Nailpolish

Review

Website Description:
Butter London: Chancer Nail Lacquer
Wear this deep, “crushed glitter” red nail lacquer when you are feeling particularly out of his league. He doesn’t deserve you anyway.

My review:
Butter London's nail polish formula are long lasting, and this polish is no exceptional. I did notice that as the bottle gets a few months old, it starts to chip around the edges more frequently. It might because of the glitter.

The glitter is tiny, tiny tiny specks of red which shimmer at every angle. I tried to capture that red glitter shimmer in the photos. The red is more of a cranberry red than a true red. A fabulous shade to wear during the holiday season.

Dupe: China Glaze Ruby Pumps

Look at this gorgeous purple! This is Butter London's HRH shade and it is a gorgeous purple indeed.

Swatch/Picture Gallery

Review

Website Description:
HRH
A proper royal-purple nail lacquer. Even the Queen would agree, and she never agrees with us.

My Review:
I am a big fan of Butter London. I find their varnish formula to be stronger than Opi in terms of chip resistance and longer lasting. I bought this shade at Sephora and felt in love with it immediately. HRH or Her Royal Highness is a royal metallic purple nail polish with ruby red shimmer. It is gorgeous shade for rock shows or when ever you want to show off your independence.

This shade lasts about 1 week.

Dupe: Essie Sexy Divide (just a tad darker than HRH)

Official Color Description from Butter London:
A truly teal nail lacquer, bold and very bright.

On Color: This is a true man's teal. A lovely color, shining off both blue and green like the sea. I applied 2 uneven coats because I suck and this shade tolerated my mistakes well. For the veterans, you might get it opaque on 1 thick coat (and I envy you!).

This shade gets more blue and less green the less lighting there is. In the bright sun, its a perfect mix of blue and green.

On Wear-a-bility: Be sure to wear a base color! This color will add a slight bluish stain to your nails if worn longer than 1 week without a base coat. My sister complain that it also stain her skin, but it did not stain mines.

Overall: This shade leans more on blue than green but it compliments all skin tones really well (especially  warm and medium complexions)

Dupes:
Sonia Kashuk in Making Waves (a bit brighter than Slapper)
Milani Fresh Teal (more blue than Slapper)

You can purchase this shade at Amazon, Sephora, and Butter London's website.
